Brentwood Hills is a welcoming community made up of families, friends, and neighbors who share a commitment to preserving, maintaining, and improving the beauty, value, and quality of life within our neighborhood.

Established in 1989 as a deed-restricted residential community, Brentwood Hills is now home to 1,039 residences in the Brandon-Valrico area, just east of Tampa, Florida. Our community offers the convenience of an excellent location while providing a comfortable lifestyle for families and professionals alike. Residents are just minutes away from a wide variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreational opportunities.

Our Homeowners Association Board of Directors consists of five volunteer homeowners who help oversee the community and address the needs of the Association. The Board typically meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the community center. In addition, neighbors are encouraged to volunteer their time and talents by serving on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

Additional committees—including Landscaping, Deed Restrictions, Newsletter, and Website—may be established or appointed as needed to support the ongoing needs and interests of the Association.

The community is professionally managed by McNeil Management Services, Inc.
