Brentwood Hills offers a variety of amenities for residents and their guests to enjoy, including a non-heated swimming pool ranging from 3 to 6 feet in depth with Jacuzzi jets, three covered open-air pavilions, a grill area, restrooms with lockers and showers, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, horseshoe pit, bocce ball court, and playground equipment designed for children of all ages with a rubber-mulch safety surface. The community also features a dog park with its own dedicated entrance. A full-size soccer field is located directly across from the Community Center. All amenities are available exclusively to Brentwood Hills residents and their guests and may be reserved by visiting the Community Center office during regular business hours. Residents may not conduct commercial or other business activities on Association property without prior approval. A private preschool is also located next to the Community Center. With so many amenities right in your neighborhood, residents can enjoy convenient opportunities to relax, stay active, and spend quality time with family and friends close to home.
