For the remainder of 2026, Brentwood Hills residents will continue to access their homeowner account through McNeil Management’s existing resident portal available here.

What’s Changing

Beginning January 1, 2027, Dowgal Community Association Services (DCAS) will take over full management of Brentwood Hills. As part of this transition, residents will move to DCAM360 Online, DCAS’s proprietary homeowner portal — giving you secure, 24/7 access to your account balance, payments, Architectural Control Committee (ACC) applications, community documents, and official communications, all in one place.

What You Need to Do

Nothing right now. Starting at the end of November 2026, residents will be able to preregister for their new DCAM360 Online account ahead of the January 1st go-live. Instructions on how to register will be posted here as soon as preregistration opens.

Until then, please continue using your current McNeil Management portal for account access, payments, and requests.
