ACC Alteration Application: Complete your Alteration Application online and submit it directly to the management company. Be sure to upload all required supporting documents based on the proposed alteration, which may include your lot survey, photos or images of items being added to the property, contractor specifications, and other applicable documentation. Your request will be reviewed for approval or denial within the applicable timeframe, with most applications completed within approximately two weeks. Written approval must be obtained before any work begins.
